Mr. Hudgins began his bass playing career as a bass player as a teenager performing jazz at a nightclub in downtown Baltimore.  There, and at subsequent gigs up and down the East Coast, he thoroughly mastered the jazz genre and has continued to perform as a live musician throughout his career.  

However, his proficiency is not limited to jazz – he has mastered other styles including R & B, funk, reggae and speed metal, to name a few. 

Mr. Hudgins is also a prolific songwriter and composer, and is extremely
skillful in using the latest software to compose and execute custom digital
music in his studio, Free Radicals Productions.  His compositions are
extremely diverse in style, ranging from techno and electronica to R & B and
cinematic pieces.  In addition to composing, he currently performs the
recording, mixing and editing  of the vocal, midi and audio components of his own works as well as produces other artists.

While not holding an instrument or sitting behind a console, Mr. Hudgins has worked as a cameraman for WJZ TV in Baltimore and the International Political Film Co., and has provided video and audio editing services for Scifax Multimedia.

Mr. Hudgins has attended the Peabody Conservatory, RCA School for Video
Technology and the Recording Institute of America.
